Officials in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, located about 15 miles southeast of Tulsa, have initiated an investigation into the deaths of a 17-year-old boy and his 14-year-old sister, found in their home.
The Broken Arrow Police Department became aware of the incident on the afternoon of Sunday, February 11, 2024, following a tip-off concerning a possible suicide.
Upon arrival at the scene, officers found the boy deceased. His sister was later discovered dead in the same home, as reported by family members.
The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office has revealed initial findings that the 14-year-old girl had been strangled. Early reports indicate that the boy may have taken his own life.
Their parents were not home at the time of the incident, leaving several questions unanswered.
