Biden Targeted Again in Brutal White House Outburst

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt appeared on the conservative Ruthless Podcast on July 22, 2025, to celebrate what she described as President Donald Trump’s “incredible” first six months of his second term. During the appearance, Leavitt praised Trump’s achievements while making controversial statements about former President Joe Biden and previous administrations.

During the podcast, Leavitt was outspoken in her criticism of Biden. Speaking about his press secretary, she remarked that although her predecessor in the role had several shortcomings, she almost felt sympathy for her because it was nearly impossible to represent a president she considered brain-dead, emphasizing that she meant it sincerely. Her comments were pointedly aimed at both Biden and his press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre.

Her insults are nothing new. Previously, after one of Biden’s public addresses, Leavitt mocked his age, stating she was surprised he spoke at night because she believed his bedtime was much earlier—a pointed dig delivered during commentary on policy. In a May 2025 press briefing, Leavitt sharply criticized former First Lady Jill Biden, calling her a liar and accusing her of orchestrating a “clear cover‑up” of Joe Biden’s cognitive decline.

Leavitt told the podcast hosts that Trump had delivered on his two primary campaign promises within six months. She indicated that the President promised to defeat inflation and secure the border, commitments she claimed were fulfilled remarkably quickly. The Press Secretary noted that inflation had been eliminated, prices were dropping, and the economy was experiencing renewed growth.

The Press Secretary emphasized Trump’s border security accomplishments, stating that the President achieved comprehensive border control through executive power alone, despite critics claiming legislative action was necessary. She dismissed such assertions as false, suggesting that the situation required only new leadership and public trust.

During the podcast appearance, Leavitt outlined additional achievements from Trump’s first six months back in office. She mentioned that Trump had “already codified the entire MAGA agenda through Congress in six months with the one Big Beautiful Bill.” The Press Secretary also highlighted foreign policy successes, including wars that had been stopped and prevented, and hostages released from Gaza.

Leavitt described multiple trade deals that had been completed during the six-month period, with additional agreements in development. She characterized the administration’s accomplishments as remarkable and noted that Trump maintained a continuous work schedule. The Press Secretary indicated that the administration was enjoying the process of governing and delivering on campaign promises.

The Ruthless Podcast became the first outlet to occupy the designated new media seat during a January 2025 briefing. Host John Ashbrook used his opening question to criticize traditional media coverage of immigration enforcement, asking whether legacy outlets were out of touch with Americans demanding border security action.

The new media initiative has generated significant interest from various content creators and alternative news sources. The program represents a shift away from traditional White House press access, with the administration arguing that millions of Americans, particularly younger demographics, consume news through podcasts, blogs, and social media rather than conventional television and newspaper outlets.

According to Leavitt’s July podcast appearance, Trump’s second-term experience differs significantly from his first presidency. She explained that during his initial term, Trump faced multiple investigations and impeachment proceedings, requiring him to fight for both governance and survival. In contrast, she described the current administration as vindicated and enjoying the process of implementing promised policies.

The Press Secretary emphasized the administration’s commitment to delivering on campaign commitments, stating that Trump consistently follows through on his statements. She characterized this approach as enjoyable for the administration, allowing them to message their accomplishments while implementing their policy agenda.

The broader context of Leavitt’s media appearances reflects the Trump administration’s ongoing tension with traditional news outlets. The administration has implemented various changes to media access, including rotating Pentagon press assignments and prioritizing alternative media sources over established news organizations. These changes have generated criticism from traditional media outlets while receiving support from conservative and non-traditional news sources.

At 27 years old, Leavitt represents the youngest person to serve as White House Press Secretary. Her approach to the role has included both celebrating the administration’s achievements and challenging traditional media practices through expanded access for alternative news sources and direct criticism of established journalistic institutions.
