Kamar de los Reyes, recognized for his portrayal of Antonio Vega in “One Life to Live,” died on December 24, 2023, in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 56, after a private battle with cancer, the specifics of which remain undisclosed.

Originating from San Juan, Puerto Rico, de los Reyes spent his early years in Las Vegas, Nevada. His enthusiasm for acting led to notable achievements in the television and film industry. His portrayal of Antonio Vega from 1995 to 1998 and again from 2000 to 2013 on “One Life to Live” earned him widespread recognition and award nominations.

In addition to soap operas, de los Reyes expanded his career into voice acting, notably as the voice of Raul Menendez in “Call of Duty: Black Ops II,” showcasing his range as an actor.

De los Reyes was active in the industry up until his death, working on “All American” and had roles in upcoming series such as “Daredevil” and “Washington Black.” His involvement in these projects reflected his ongoing dedication to acting.
