A motor vehicle accident on a Georgia highway has led to the tragic death of Taraja Ramsess, a well-known movie stuntman, along with three of his children, leaving his toddler in critical condition.

At 41 years old, Ramsess was admired for his daring and skilled work in major Hollywood blockbusters, including “Avengers: Endgame” and “Black Panther.”

This heart-wrenching incident occurred on Halloween night, October 31, 2023. Ramsess and his children were in their Ford F-150 pickup truck when it collided with an 18-wheeler that was not moving, having broken down on the ramp from Interstate 285 to Interstate 20 eastbound in DeKalb County.

Ramsess’ 13-year-old daughter Sundari and his eight-week-old daughter Fugibo were killed in the accident. His son, 10-year-old Kisasi, and another daughter, aged three, were ejected from the vehicle during the collision and suffered severe injuries. Kisasi was placed on life support at a local hospital but unfortunately did not survive. The three-year-old daughter, Shazia, is currently in critical condition.

Known for his extensive experience in both stunt performance and set design, Ramsess is remembered as a committed father. He stood in for the famous actor Richard Roundtree and contributed significantly to the thrilling visual aspects of several major movies.

His sudden death has shocked his colleagues and friends, who have described the loss as a major blow to both his family and the entertainment industry. The Ramsess family has implored for privacy as they navigate through this immensely challenging period.
