A heart-wrenching incident unfolded in Cohasset, Massachusetts, on Thursday, August 31. A two-year-old boy tragically lost his life after becoming trapped beneath construction equipment at Hajj Auto Service.
The event transpired around 12:40 pm, as detailed by Cohasset’s Chief of Police, William Quigley.
In a desperate bid for assistance, the toddler’s grandfather, who owns Hajj Auto Service, rushed the child to the closest police station. From there, the boy was swiftly transported to South Shore Hospital. Sadly, upon arrival, he was declared deceased.
Chief Quigley addressed the media, emphasizing there was no indication of any malicious intent. He also shed light on the emotional toll the incident has taken on those who witnessed it.
