On Saturday, September 16, a tragic discovery was made at the Inman Motocross track in Kansas. A pregnant woman and her two children were found dead inside a camper

Upon receiving a call concerning three individuals inside a camper, deputies from the McPherson County Sheriff’s Department swiftly responded.

Assistance was soon provided by the Inman Fire Department and McPherson emergency medical services, who confirmed the fatalities upon their arrival.

The mother and her children have been identified as Felecia Richey, 31, Tysin, 13, and Bentley, 10. The verification of the victims’ identities was made by Jason Richey, a professional motocross racer, husband to Felecia and father to Tysin and Bentley. Jason and a three-year-old son are the only survivors of the family.

As the investigation into the events leading to their deaths continues, the official cause remains undetermined. However, carbon monoxide poisoning has been mentioned on a fundraiser platform as a potential cause.
