In a discovery on Wednesday evening, September 20, human remains were located in a dumpster in the parking lot of a TD Bank in Queens, New York City.
An individual, who wished to remain anonymous, made a 911 call to the police after they noticed what looked like a foot sticking out from the dumpster.
When authorities arrived at approximately 6:30 pm, they found a human leg inside a red recycling bin. To determine the identity of the individual and to shed light on how this incident occurred, authorities are conducting a forensic examination.
The TD Bank branch, situated at 164th Street and Union Turnpike in the Hillcrest area, has become the focal point of the ongoing investigation.
