A sheriff’s deputy from Orange Beach, Alabama is reported to have killed an office employee he was in a relationship with before taking his own life.

The event occurred on Thursday, September 7, when Deputy Kenneth Booth and office worker Lexi White had a disagreement. During the confrontation, it’s reported that Booth drew his firearm, shooting White before taking his own life.

While the disagreement’s specifics and the incident’s preceding circumstances are still being looked into, the sheriff’s office has partnered with local enforcement agencies to gain a deeper understanding of the event.

The impact of this incident has deeply resonated within the families and the broader community. In light of this tragic event, the sheriff’s office has reached out to express their sympathy to the affected families and is seeking the community’s help for any further information related to the incident.
