Harry and Meghan Royal Reunion?

A royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams has voiced concerns over the possibility of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, rejoining the British royal family as working members.

He warned that this move, if it were to happen, could be “humiliating” for the couple due to the controversy they have stirred. Fitzwilliams said “The idea that after everything that has happened that Meghan and Harry could just walk back in is beyond extraordinary.”

The Sussexes famously stepped away from their royal duties in 2020, moving to North America and settling in California. Since then, they’ve been involved in numerous high-profile projects, from a Netflix documentary to an explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey, and a memoir penned by Prince Harry. However, their actions have drawn criticism and even mockery, such as an episode of “South Park” that parodies a royal couple similar to them. Adding to the speculation, rumors have circulated about Prince Harry seeking distance from Meghan’s Hollywood life.

Prince William’s biographer, Angela Levin, has reportedly advised him and Kate to protect their son, Prince George, from any potential negative influences from Harry.

While the Sussexes are raising their children, Archie and Lilibet, their re-entry into the royal family seems fraught with difficulties and potential rejections. Fitzwilliams’ statement highlights the challenges that the couple might face if they decide to return to their former royal roles, underscoring the uncertainty of their future.
