Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have put an end to their year-long search for a home, acquiring a stunning mansion in the high-end locale of Beverly Hills.

The celebrity pair shelled out a whopping $60.85 million in cash for the majestic 46,000-square-foot estate, a substantial markdown from the property’s original $135 million asking price back in 2018.

Occupying a generous five-acre peninsula, the ‘Wallingford estate,’ as it’s known, offers 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. It has undergone recent renovation and expansion, and it is equipped with luxurious amenities such as a 12-car garage, a parking space for 80 vehicles, and an exceptional indoor sports complex. The couple’s new residence also has a full-scale gym, basketball and pickleball courts, and a boxing ring. Additional facilities include a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s quarters, and a two-bedroom security house.

The opulent mansion is also furnished with a hair and nail salon, a cinema room, a wine cellar, a whiskey lounge, and a spa room complete with sauna and massage facilities.

The estate’s outdoor space houses a magnificent zero-edge pool with a sweeping view of the surrounding scenery and two private gated entrances.

The couple’s house hunt was facilitated by Brett Lawyer, a high-profile real estate agent whose clientele includes notable celebrities such as Katy Perry and Madonna.

May 31 marked the moving day for ‘Bennifer,’ as their furniture and belongings were spotted being transported to their new home. This concluded the duo’s lengthy property search, during which they were involved in escrow on three different properties, including a $64 million mansion in Pacific Palisades and a $34.5 million estate in the esteemed Rustic Canyon neighborhood.

While Lopez has listed her Bel Air home for $42 million, rumors suggest it is now in escrow with a prospective buyer for $39 million. Affleck recently parted with his own mansion for a reported $30 million.

During their house hunt, the couple had been staying at a luxurious Beverly Hills mansion owned by Australian billionaire James Packer.
