CIA Killed JFK Says Nephew Robert Kennedy Jr

Robert Kennedy, Jr., nephew of the late President John F. Kennedy and son of the late Robert Kennedy who was assassinated in 1968, is raising eyebrows by claiming the CIA was instrumental in his uncle’s assassination on November 22, 1963.

Kennedy, Jr., who aims to secure the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination in 2024, has drawn attention with his accusations of CIA involvement in JFK’s killing.

During an interview with John Catsimatidis on the “Cats Roundtable” radio show on WABC 770 AM, Kennedy, Jr. maintained that substantial evidence exists pointing to the CIA’s role in the 1963 assassination of JFK. He referred to James Douglass’ book, “JFK and the Unspeakable,” as the most comprehensive collection of evidence supporting his allegations and argued that the CIA’s denial of any involvement in JFK’s death amounts to a cover-up spanning six decades.

The Warren Commission Report, made public in September 1964, concluded that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in assassinating President Kennedy and discovered no evidence of a conspiracy.

This is not the first occasion on which Kennedy, Jr. has accused the CIA. Last year, he also claimed the CIA was implicated in the assassination, asserting that the gunman, Oswald, was a “CIA asset.” He also mentioned a segment from Tucker Carlson’s program in which the former Fox News host alleged that the CIA effectively executed a coup d’état through JFK’s assassination, causing lasting damage to democracy.

In 2022, investigators reported finding evidence indicating that Oswald was involved in a CIA operation several months before the fatal shooting. Jefferson Morley, a JFK assassination research expert affiliated with the Mary Ferrell Foundation, disclosed that he and the foundation’s legal team had discovered documents suggesting the CIA possessed greater knowledge of Oswald than previously acknowledged.

However, the CIA strongly denies any involvement in the assassination, dismissing the allegations as “false.” The agency also noted that many of the records from the most recent release, which took place after Kennedy’s death, have no connection to the assassination or the ensuing investigation.

Despite these refutations, public opinion polls reveal that most Americans continue to question the commission’s conclusion that Oswald was the sole gunman, acting independently.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., a 69-year-old member of the prominent Kennedy family, is an environmental lawyer, activist, and author. He has focused on environmental advocacy, co-founding the Waterkeeper Alliance. Kennedy has also attracted attention for his controversial anti-vaccine stance, expressing doubt about the safety and efficacy of vaccines and positing potential links between vaccines and various health issues, such as autism.
