A man in Houston, Texas died after flying off the roof of an 18-wheeler he was dancing on top of, as it drove beneath an overpass.

According to Houston police, the 25-year-old man was thrown from the truck’s roof at 11:35 a.m. on November 10, while dancing on top of it on the US-59 Eastex Freeway.

The individual seemed to be recording himself dancing, according to the police. Video footage of the incident appeared online, and the man is seen crouching beneath one bridge before getting back up and dancing.

The unidentified man then fell off the roof into oncoming traffic, and was declared dead at a nearby hospital.

A post-incident evaluation revealed that the truck driver was not intoxicated, said Houston police.

In another incident of risky highway behavior, in February, a man who may have been holding a knife while driving died when he crashed into a stopped vehicle and accidentally stabbed himself.

According to police and news sources, the collision set off a chain reaction involving five other cars on Rancho Bernardo Road, just east of Acena Drive. The 28-year-old male was driving a 2000 Lexus and collided with a parked car. The collision triggered the airbag to deploy.

According to San Diego Police, the driver was taken to a nearby hospital and later died. San Diego fire personnel who responded to the incident discovered a knife, protein powder, and a significant quantity of blood inside the car. The knife had stabbed the victim’s neck. Authorities speculate that the man lost focus on his driving because he was using the knife to stir protein powder into a cup of water.
